My experience at the Contemporary Dance Lab summer intensive was nothing short of life changing. Learning from the incredible faculty of Juilliard students and alumni, as well as other attending dancers, I became so inspired, gaining knowledge in improvisation, technique, career paths in dance, composition, self-care as a dancer, and so much more. I would undoubtedly recommend CDL to any dancers looking to continue dancing post secondary, or just expand their dance knowledge and have fun with other young dancers!

My experience at Contemporary Dance Lab was incredibly inspiring and provided an amazing opportunity to explore my movement in a safe and supportive space.
